Penguin Card

Good Evening everyone! I have an adorable card to share with you. I created this card using the new Peachy Keen Stamps PK-1453 Faceless Cowboy Hat Snowmen& Penguins . This set is just too cute and the sentiments are perfect! I stamped the hat and handkerchief on pattern paper and fussy cut it to create this card.
