LSHD layout challenge

I just finished this super cute layout for a challenge over at little scraps of heaven designs DT blog. I love their cut files they are just too cute! For this layout I used the sandbox play cut file and the title was from a font that was already on my computer. I used my cameo to make this. I added lots of faux stitching and pop dots to add that little extra something to this layout. The photo mats are sized for a 4x6 and a wallet size photo as well. Here is a list of what I used to make this layout:
Core dinations cardstock- various colors
Paper Adventure-Carolyn Holt Designs- Bluesy Shadow Wash (background)
adehesive
cameo
sandbox play by LSHD
white pen
pop dots
black and brown marker

Hope you enjoy this and thanks for looking!

Designs on cloud 9 mini album challenge

I made this mini album this last week for a challenge over at Designs on cloud 9. The challenge was to use their free mini album file to create your own album. I love this file it made it so fast and easy to make! I made this album for my son who loves to build K'nex and thought this would give him a place to put the photos of the things that we build together. I used me cameo to make this album so this is my second project with it. Here is a list of items that I used to make this album:

Craft cardstock
adhesive
Distress stickles-Peeled Paint
Pop Dots
green and orange ribbon
i-top brad maker
Recollections-Rockets 'n' Sprockets patter paper

Hope you all enjoy this simple but fun mini album!

Layouts from my first crop

I went to my very first crop ever at the end of March and had a fabulous time! I was able to put together these three layouts and also add photos to a mini album that I am making of our daughter's 6th birthday party. These layouts are 12x12 and each layout has a 5x7 photo and two wallet size photos as well. I used DCWV for the base of the first layout and the other two are fancy pants design. I kept these layouts very simple because I want to get frames and put them up in our hallway. Thanks for looking!

First project using my NEW Silhouetee Cameo!!!

Ok so I am SUPER EXCITED!!! My DH and his family bought me a silhouette cameo for me as an early birthday gift. We got a great deal on this through the scrapbook steals website and just couldn't pass it up! I got a huge bundle and was so excited to finally have time to use it this evening. The silhouette has a print to cut feature which I just love and it is so easy to use. I purchased this Foghorn Leghorn cut through the silhouette online store with the $10 download card that came with my silhouette bundle. I made this card for my husband's grandmother's birthday that is actually today but we will celebrate tomorrow. She loves Foghorn Leghorn so this was perfect. The background paper is from Fancy pants design. Hope that you enjoy this card and I will have more projects using my silhouette very soon, Thanks for stopping by!

Under the weather

I made this really cute set of cards that I wanted to share with everyone. I just love the peachy keen critter face stamps! I used my gypsy to size all of my images for this card and to make multiple of each cut. The cartridges used were Create a Critter, April Showers and I used the imagine cartridge hopscotch for the background paper on these cards. The sentiment is from a stamp set that my friend gave me  called Wellies N Brellas by Autumn Leaves. Hope that you enjoy this new set of cards!

Sweet Valentine

I made a set of these Valentine cards recently to put up on my etsy shop. These cards were so simple and I wanted to share them so here they are. I used a glitter cardstock for the background and the Sentiment is from Stampin up. I cut the heart using my cricut imagine and the better together cartridge. Hope that you enjoy this simple card!

Love You Valentine card

I made a set of Valentine cards yesterday to post on my etsy shop site and I just have to share them here as well. I had so much fun making these cards and they were super simple! I used my cricut imagine to make these cards and the better together cricut cartridge. The heart shapes were a stock shape that comes preloaded onto the machine. I just sized them to fit on a standard A2 card. I cut the tickets at 1.1 inches and stamped each one with a different sentiment. The tickets that are tucked into the heart are removable so that you can read each sentiment on the tickets. I used some yarn that I had to tie to the end of the tickets to add some dimension to them. I hope that you enjoy this card! Happy Crafting!
