KDBD weekly challenge 6/29-7/4

This weeks challenge is to make a layout or a double layout of your favorite family tradition during July 4th using a  KDBD cut file. I made this double layout using A Blasting 4th cut file. I added  lots of diamond stickles and also green stickles around the bushes to add some sparkle to the layout. The photo mats are sized for  3 1/2 x 5 photos. Most of the cardstock used is coredinations and I sanded the edges for the bears. Hope that you enjoy this layout and that you will join us for this fun challenge!

A few new projects using DCWV

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a few projects that I had been working on using some DCWV paper and also KBD files. For the layout and the card I used DCWV  The Girl Power Stack. I foud this stack at Michaels's and I just had to have it. I love colors on this stack! The KBD files that I used for the layout are Wuffard's Valentine collections, Best Friends Bears and the 3-D butterfly. The card was made using Peachy Keen Stamps June stamp of the month kit.

I have had this recipe box for a few months now and couldn't decide how to decorate it then KBD came out with a file called let's go hiking and when I saw the bear in the picnic basket I knew What I had to do! I used DCWV Christmas stack to cover this and the tab inserts as well. I love how versatile this paper is and I really like how it turned out! Hope everyone enjoys these projects!

We as a family do a lot of fishing and camping so I thought it would be perfect for Father's Day. I used coredinations cardstock and the wave paper is by g.c.d outdoor collection. Hope that you enjoy this layout! Thanks for stopping by!

layout for Kadoodlebug Designs challenge

I just finished this layout for a challenge that I entered at kadoodlebug designs. I had so much fun with this challenge and wanted to share what I made. I used the Watermelon Bear and plant a Tree files by kadoodlebug designs. For the Bear I used Coredinations cardstock and sanded the edges. I added red jewels to the bear and the tree. The background paper is printed using my imagine and the Hopscotch cartridge. I added lots of detail to the images using a white gel pen. Hope that you enjoy this layout I am looking forward to my next challenge!

Some new projects that I have been working on using Kadoodle bug designs cut files

I wanted to share some new projects that I had been working on lately. I got these files from kadoodle bug designs which I just love, they are too cute! The first two were acutally free files that I downloaded from their site. The top is a digi stamp that I used and cut using my silhouttte and colored using waterolor pencils. The second project I made into a magnet to put on my fridge I am going to put a photo of my son from when he played T-ball. The layout is a 12x12 layout and will hold a 4x6 photo and a wallet photo as well. I used the building block fun file to create the layout. I added chalk to the boy's shirt and shoes to just add some light color to the piecing and I did the same to the title. I used coredinations cardstock for all of my projects. I hope that you enjoy these projects and I will have more soon!
