Sweet Valentine

I made a set of these Valentine cards recently to put up on my etsy shop. These cards were so simple and I wanted to share them so here they are. I used a glitter cardstock for the background and the Sentiment is from Stampin up. I cut the heart using my cricut imagine and the better together cartridge. Hope that you enjoy this simple card!

Love You Valentine card

I made a set of Valentine cards yesterday to post on my etsy shop site and I just have to share them here as well. I had so much fun making these cards and they were super simple! I used my cricut imagine to make these cards and the better together cricut cartridge. The heart shapes were a stock shape that comes preloaded onto the machine. I just sized them to fit on a standard A2 card. I cut the tickets at 1.1 inches and stamped each one with a different sentiment. The tickets that are tucked into the heart are removable so that you can read each sentiment on the tickets. I used some yarn that I had to tie to the end of the tickets to add some dimension to them. I hope that you enjoy this card! Happy Crafting!

Peachy Keen challenge

Wow I am so happy to have my computer back up and running now I can blog again! I made this card for my Mom for her birthday recently using Peachy Keen Critter faces. I just love these faces they work perfectly with the cuts from the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. I used my gyspy and cricut  imagine for the pig and ballon cuts. All that paper was printed on my imagine as well as cut. I cut the pig at around 3 inches and the ballons at around two inches. I added faux stitching around the edge of the balloons and the edge of the card as well. Hope that you enjoy this quick simple card that I made!

Belle Card

I made this card for my sister in law to hold a gift that was for her mother. This is an 8 1/2 x 9 inch card so there is no envelope but it really didn't need to have one since it wasn't being mailed. Belle is cut at 5 1/2 inches. I added a small crocheted holly leaf. I glued a strip of cardstock on the inside to make a pocket to hold the gift. Hope you enjoy this project and I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday!

Peace on Earth

Well here we are only three days until Christmas day! Where did the time go? I made this card to share with everyone as I am the guest designer for KinderstampO today. This card is very simple and took me very little time from start to finish to complete. I figure with Christmas just a few days away a quick card would be nice. This is a standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card. I used my cricut imagine for the poinsettia. I cut the poinsettia at 3.5 inches. I also used gold stickles as well for the center of the poinsettia and around the sentiment. The sentiment is from KinderstampO Vintage and Traditional Holiday stamp set. You can purchase this stamp set at http://www.kinderstampo.com/ . This is a great stamp set and there are several sentiments in this set that you could use for non-holiday cards or projects as well!
