Sassy's challenge due 11/5

Wow I just love doing these challenges! I am sharing another card that I made this one for Christmas because well if I don't get started I will never get them done. I have been pretty busy at least designing them and then all I have to do is cut them out. I love the gypsy for this reason it makes this so much easier or at least it does for me! So here is the card that I made. I used the new smiley cards cartridge that we got on the 11/1 update and I have to say that so far I really like this cartridge thanks Provo Craft for the free cartridges!!! The card size is 5 1/2x5 1/2 I have not found a way to make that size envelope but did see on obsseseedwithscrapbooking.com a blog that I just love that you can make 5 inch envelopes. For this challenge we had to have: 2 Pieces Of Art Minimum
1 Word Minimum
1 Weld
1 Stretch
1 Turn or Slant

The Santa and holly are my pieces of art, word is Santa Claus, my weld is Santa to the window I had to stretch and slant Santa to fit. Hope that everyone has a wonderful day and Happy Scrapping!!!

gypsy challenge due 10/15

Here is another card that I have done for the weekly gypsy challenge. I went to the scrapbook expo recently and bought two new cartridges and one of the cartridges that I got was Hello Kitty. My youngest daughter loves this cartridge and asked to make something for her so I did. I made this card for her to put on her dresser. The layers for Hello kitty were very simple which I like it made this so easy to make. Hope everyone likes it! Happy scrapping!

Sassy's Challenge 10/1

Wow I can't believe that it is October where did the time go? Here is another card that I did for Sassy's challenge these are so much fun. I had to really think about this one as it involved some things that I have never done with my gypsy but I did ok I think. I used Thanksgiving, Don Juan and wild card cartridges to  make this card. I welded the words and leaf with swirl to the card frame, I sqeezed the words with the little pumpkin to fit in the frame and stretched the leaf and swirl to fit better. I also added a sticker to the top because the top just seemed so plain and I thought the sticker was just adorable. Hope you like it please let me know what you think!

gyspy challenge card for week of 9/23

Ok so here is the card that I made for this challenge. I am having so much fun doing these challenges and anyone who owns a gypsy if you haven't joined in you should do so. This is a great way to learn new things about your gypsy and have a lot of fun as well! Ok so for the details The words inside the card are welded as well as the pumpkins to the frame. I stretched the frame to fit the card base. To make the card base I use the George cartridge and stretched a rectangle to the size that I needed it. I added rhinestones to the end of the embossed swirls and also stickles to the pumpkins. This card is a standard 4.25x5.5. If anyone would like actual sizes of images let know. Have a great day and thanks for looking!!!

Sassy's challenge on cricut message board!

Ok so I tried to get this to upload onto the cricut site but for some reason it wouldn't work. Hopefully it is ok that I am uploading it to my blog instead. I had so much fun making this card and doing this challenge. This card is 5x7 and I used the Mini Monsters cartridge along with Pooh and Friends. I welded the wizard hat to the frog and cut that in black then layered his face on top of that. I welded the leaves from pooh and friends and flipped one set so that they face different directions. Then for the inside of the card I stretched the phrase. I used embossing and stickles throughout this card. The embossing on the frog's legs I did using my crop a dile. Hope you like it cant wait for the next challenge!!!

I came upon this challenge just browsing this site and I loved the sketches and thought that I would give it a shot. I love sketches! So I did a LO for the first sketch and had no luck in posting it on the cricut site so thought that I would post it here instead. Hope that everyone likes it and would love to hear what you think of it!
